Go Amish takes great pride in the quality of craftsmanship and most
importantly your satisfaction with your purchase. Contact our Customer
Service Representative to access your problem at info@goamish.com. But
due to the rustic nature of the woods that are used, slight variations
and imperfections should be expected and in fact lend to the rustic
nature of all our wood products. Measurements and sizes do tend to vary
due to the rustic and antique woods we use in hand crafting. 

RETURNS
Please contact us before taking any action.
Damaged items or problems with your order must be reported within 3 days
after receiving. We will replace the damaged product if available or
refund yout money if not. After 3 days, exchanges or refunds will not be
given.

IMPORTANT: Please keep all packaging, documentation, packing list, etc.
that came with your order. These will be used to verify claims if there
are any problem with your order. We can't help you if you can't help us
verify your claim, if thrown away, we're not responsible for any claims
made.

COMMUNICATION
Emails are normally answered within 24 hours, please understand an
average allotted response time for email is 1 to 3 business days.
